Typically, properties with an excessively favorable price either carry a hidden risk or are only relevant for a short time, since at the moment, demand has outpaced supply and everyone is trying to invest their savings profitably and quickly.

We offer to save you time, energy and many headaches by ridding you of the inevitable and numerous meetings, haggling and illogically high prices of general labourers, craftsmen and cabinet makers.
We currently offer 2 finishing packages:
Package 1
Finished Bathroom - waterproofing, tiles, toilet bowl and sink
Installation of Laminate
Painting of all rooms with white ceilings and 2 wall colours
Package 2
Complete apartment furnishing. At the moment we can offer only 1 type of furnishing, but soon we will announce a second option - Premium furnishing.

При закупуване на апартамент в някои от нашите комплекс в Разлог или Банско, Вие имате възможността да отдавате своя апартамент под наем без никакви допълнителни такси!
За клиентите, които не са от района можем да Ви предложим наш представител, който да посреща Вашите гости, както и професионално почистване на апартамента. Услугата естествено не е безплатна, но със сигурност не се предлага на толкова атрактивна цена в нито един от хотелите в Банско. Независимо на каква цена отдавате апартамента си под наем, Ние ще Ви таксуваме само за почистване, което е на стойност от 25 лева до 55 лв без ДДС, в зависимост от големината на апартамента.
Вие сами определяте колко пъти искате да се почисти апартамента за целия период. Вие намирате клиенти през Air BNB, Trivago или Booking, а ние ще се погрижим да останат доволни от своя престой.

All our projects are executed by Interbild Engineering and all construction funds are financed to 100% by Global Investment Holding or its subsidiaries. We operate entirely with our own capital, without the use of bank lending.
